Zach can read a book! Last night, Zach read "Story of Dinosaurs" that he borrowed from his school library. Jerome asked him to try to read it by himself. Actually he could read by spelling simple words but he was reluctant to practice it by reading simple books.
Firstly, he slowly spelled the words one by one, then he started to enjoy the book and felt easier in spelling. He memorized some words that he had spelled before and started to spell the words faster. He insisted to finish reading it when Jerome asked him to go sleep and continue it tomorrow night. He spelled, read, and asked the meaning of some words that he did not know. Sometimes he tried to quess the words though. Finally, he read the book until the end. "I can read Man ...!" cheered Zach at the end. He was very proud.
Congratulation Zach ... we are proud of you!

That is so great to hear! Kudos to Zach!
Settena has some favourite books but much prefers to watch videos (Barney, Little Einsteins and Dora being the high ranking favourites) or else she is glued to Disney Play Channel.
